About Us
Our family business was established shortly after the First World War when we were engaged
in furniture manufacturing. This continued until the 1960s when we moved into property letting.
We let our own properties. We are not letting agents and do not let the properties of other people.
We own over 50 flats in inner Dundee and commercial properties in the Hilltown and Commercial Street.
Our flats are either one or two bedroom and are mostly situated in Baldovan Terrace (Stobswell), Blackness Road (between
Hyndford Street and Seymour Street), Clepington Road, Graham Street (off Clepington Road), Lochee Road (opposite Rankine Street),
and Step Row (off the Perth Road in the University District).
There are also flats in Abbotsford Street (between Blackness Avenue & Blackness Road), Constitution Street, Park
Avenue (Stobswell) and Rosebank Mews (Hilltown).
We
do not own any flats in Broughty Ferry or outside Dundee.
